Chelsea has more than ten years’ experience in disaster preparedness, response, and recovery, including working as a Public Information Officer for the Federal government and guiding municipalities and nonprofit organizations in strategically planning for and responding to emergencies.

An extensive background in emergency response, economic development, public policy, and coalition building uniquely suits her to create momentum and deliver meaningful impact. She has successfully researched, advised, developed, and managed more than $25,000,000 in Federal, state, corporate, and private grants for a variety of clients, predominantly in rural and underserved communities.
